Thank you for your interest in our survey about the Library of Birmingham.

We are looking to understand what people think about the Library of Birmingham - including how it is used, how it is perceived, and how it could be made more relevant and valuable in the future.

Whether you use the library regularly or only visit occasionally we would really like to hear your views. Your feedback will help build a fuller picture of how the library is seen by the public and how it can best serve the city and its communities in the years ahead.

The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. Your responses will be kept confidential and used for research purposes only.

Your participation is entirely voluntary. The survey is being conducted by an independent market research company called Turquoise Thinking Ltd. All responses are treated in strict confidence and used for research purposes only, in accordance with the Market Research Society (MRS) Code of Conduct and UK data protection legislation (including GDPR).
