Expertise and insights directly from providers and people who work in aged care is an important part of making sure the processes and resources we design are fit for purpose and easy to use.

Please note that information collected through this register will only be used for the purpose of consultation and information sharing, and will not be used for compliance purposes.

After you have completed this registration, you will be placed on our list of providers and workers to contact when we have opportunities for engagement and feedback. We cannot confirm how often we will ask for feedback, but we will regularly stay in touch.
