This survey is part of ongoing evaluation of the LGNSW Asbestos Policy Project. This survey is being undertaken by Rooftop Social, an independent external evaluator. Your feedback in the survey will be anonymous and confidential and will go directly to Rooftop Social. Your feedback will be a valuable part of the evaluation process and will be reported in an aggregated fashion back to LGNSW.

At the end of the survey, you will be asked if you are available for a short interview by phone or video conference, to follow up on themes that emerge from the survey results.
