Welcome to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Food, Nutrition and Dining Feedback Survey

The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission invites you to participate in a short survey which asks about your perspectives and experiences for different types of regulatory activities and communication and education resources.

By completing this survey, your responses will help improve understanding of how we can better communicate with and support the aged care sector to meet regulatory requirements and ensure the safety and well-being of older people accessing aged care services.

How to complete the survey
The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.

Please note completing this survey is voluntary and you can skip any question. You may also choose to remain anonymous.

The information you provide will be treated as strictly confidential. The information you provide will not be disclosed for a purpose beyond this survey.

The survey opens on the 3/6/2025 and will stop accepting responses at close of business on 3/7/2025.

Please note that you will need to complete the survey in one session (i.e. if you exit the survey prior to clicking ‘Submit’ then your responses will not be saved). To ensure your responses are saved correctly, it is important that you use the 'Next', 'Previous' and 'Submit' buttons when completing the survey and avoid using your browser 'back ', 'forward' and 'refresh' buttons.
