This short survey aims to capture your thoughts and identify where improvements might be needed to make it safer and easier for children to walk, ride or scoot all of the way, or some of the way to school.

The data we collect may be shared with the school, government agencies, and industry partners to support infrastructure improvements. Your identity will not be traceable.
