AAA is advocating for greater insurance for apartment owners with the current system in most States only providing protection for apartment owners up to three storeys. This insurance is for people who would normally receive protection under the Government defects period but, because their builder has gone into liquidation or closed the business, they have received no financial assistance with their defects.
