Introduction

Thank you for your interest in completing the Career Pathways survey for the aged care, disability and veteran’s care sectors. This survey is being conducted to help improve the experiences that students and employees have progressing through these sectors.

We would appreciate feedback on your experience by completing this survey. The survey is being conducted by ACIL Allen, who have been engaged by HumanAbility to undertake a research project on exploring the way career pathways work and how they can be improved.

The survey will take about 5-10 minutes. Your responses are voluntary. Any information you provide through this survey is anonymous. Information that informs program improvement, including training needs, will be shared with relevant agencies but your identity will not be revealed.

Privacy and Collection Notice

We handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy and Data Protection Act 2014 (Vic) (PDP Act), Public Records Act 1973 (Vic), and other applicable legislation.

Submission of responses to the survey questions will not contain an identifiable link to you. Any free text may be used as quotes and are not attributable to individuals. We will use the analysis for the purpose of:

• reporting (internally and publicly) on the research projects
• making improvements/changes in policy and practices.
