The survey will take 10 minutes to complete but should you want to, you can complete the survey across multiple sessions. All you need to do is click the link from the invitation to resume the survey at the point you left it.

To answer a question...
Most questions have round buttons to click or check boxes to tick. Use your mouse to "Click" the relevant circles or boxes to mark your selection. Sometimes you may need to type your answers in the spaces provided.

To go to the next question...
Once you have completed all questions on the page you will need to click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the screen. Sometimes you will need to scroll down the page to see the ‘Next’ button.

To submit all your answers...
In order for your answers to be sent you must click the ‘Submit’ button at the end of the survey.
