Healthy North Coast wants to hear from people aged 55 and over who live in the North Coast region.

We’re doing a survey to learn more about your experiences, what’s working well, what could be better, and how local services and communities can support older people.
Your answers will help us plan for the future and make sure services meet the needs of older people in our area.

Please note:
This survey includes questions about mental health and emotional wellbeing. If you feel upset or need support, you can call the NSW Mental Health Line at 1800 011 511. It’s free, confidential, and available 24 hours a day.

Your privacy matters:
Your answers are anonymous.
We won’t ask for your name unless you choose to enter the prize draw.
Your personal details will be kept separate from your survey answers.
A summary of the results will be shared on the Healthy North Coast website, but no one will be identified.

Prize Draw
As a thank you, you can enter a draw to win one of three $100 gift cards.
To enter, you’ll need to give your contact details at the end of the survey. These will be stored separately to keep your answers private.
