A few tips!
Make sure you are HONEST in what you record throughout the program... If you cheat you are only cheating yourself! Hold yourself accountable.
If you mess up, start again from the next meal, the next training session, the next day. You are very unlikely to be perfect all the time and you won't change everything overnight!
But... don't make excuses. Don't justify bad habits. Be willing to try your best. Invest in yourself and commit to what you are trying to achieve.
